Themes Licenses

Use of themes are bound by the license you purchase. DevCRUD licenses are simple and we believe they are fair for anyone. A simple overview can help you easily underestand and pick the right license for your needs.

Terms Free Personal Developer
Single End-product personal or client use
Use for End-product distributed for Free
Single End-product can have multiple paying users
Use for more than one End-product to sell
Use for any "Page Builder", "Theme Generator"...

Free License:

  1. The Personal License grants you, buyer, customer the right to make use of Theme you have purchased.
  2. You are licensed to use the Theme to create only one End-product for yourself or only one client.
  3. You Can create only one End-product for a client, charge the client for your service. The license then transferred to your client.
  4. You Can make unlimited copies of End-product as long as the End-product is distributed for free.
  5. You Can sell the End-product for more than one client.
  6. You Can Re-distribute the Theme’s source code.
  7. You Can use the Theme in any application, service allowing user to customize the Theme. Example of “Theme Generators” or “Page Builder” or any other customizing applications. You can purchase a separated license for each final End-product incorporating the Theme that is created using that application.
  8. If a Theme contains, third-party library codes, copy, or images from elsewhere under different license. That item retains its original license, external licenses can be found on Theme’s details page if there would be any associated with that Theme.
  9. DevCRUD retains ownership of the Theme. But DevCRUD grants you the license on above terms.

Personal License:

  5. You Cannot sell the End-product for more than one client.
  6. You Cannot Re-distribute the Theme’s source code, even if the Theme is modified.
  7. You Cannot use the Theme in any application, service allowing user to customize the Theme. Example of “Theme Generators” or “Page Builder” or any other customizing applications. You can purchase a separated license for each final End-product incorporating the Theme that is created using that application.

  9. This license can be terminated if you breach it and you lose the right to distribute the End-product until the Theme has been fully removed from the End-product.

Definitions:

  • Theme = Digital product
  • End-User = User for End-product
  • End-Product = Project ( Website, Web Application, Software, Service... )
